Shipping & Processing Policy

At Crystal Borealis Studio, each piece is handled with care. Please review our timelines below to ensure your jewelry arrives when you need it.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Pieces currently in stock generally ship within 2–5 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Pieces: These items are handcrafted specifically for you. Please refer to the individual product page for specific lead times. If no timeframe is listed, feel free to contact us for an estimate before ordering.

  • Carrier Services: We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order heads out.

  • Holiday Orders: During federal holidays, carrier delays are common. We recommend leaving a generous "buffer" for gift purchases.

  • Christmas Deadlines: While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, Crystal Borealis Studio is not responsible for carrier delays or shipments that do not arrive by December 25th.
