Refunds
Unfortunately, at this time we do not issue refunds. Store credit or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of the initial purchase will be honored. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the initial transaction. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in new and unused condition with tags, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items. Customized, Made-to-order, and personalized items are not eligible for exchange. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate an exchange, please contact agena@crystalborelisstudio.com If your exchange meets the criteria you can pick a carrier of your choosing to ship it back to us. Once the item is received back it will be inspected and a store credit will be issued if the criteria is met.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a picture to agena@crystalborealisstudio.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
